Small, centered, and simple.

I consider this the finished version of sAven's hud. Special attention was made to ensure usability on 4:3 screens, but there shouldn't be any issues for people running higher resolutions.

issue i'm having on a 4:3 aspect ratio is that the chat takes up too much of the screen, in the default position it takes up the health count.
hope there will be a fix to this soon!
