* Updated the HUD Tools panel, added additional options.
* Fixed Mann vs. Machine status panel not displaying after recent TF2 update.
* Fixed black bars seen when spectating players in 1440p (for real this time all thanks to Whisker)
* Fixed the server time label overlapping the overtime label.
* Minor visual tweaks and adjustments.

Would like that the page bar in the inventory could be lovered: https://imgur.com/a/8vNlW
Needed to make some adjustments to the hud, lowered the health bar and ammo numbers, removed the custom background (not sure if the halloween backgrounds will work, and the playermodels of the main menu?) and moved the 3d player model to the far right of the screen while in-game.
After that, looks great.
