* Updated the HUD Tools panel, added additional options.
* Fixed Mann vs. Machine status panel not displaying after recent TF2 update.
* Fixed black bars seen when spectating players in 1440p (for real this time all thanks to Whisker)
* Fixed the server time label overlapping the overtime label.

@JoaoMKII The HUD does not modify or break game sounds, verify your game files or configs. The notifications have been fixed with the latest upload.

@CriticalFlaw I tested the game without flawhud and the notifications are working just fine, but when i put flawhud the notification writing disappears. And about the sound problem seems like is just tr_walkway that the resupply locker and aamo crates have no sound.
